I went and visited Yann at the Hawayann Cafe at the Makapala Store today. That place is cool- great deck, really nice menu. Music at open mike night the last Thursday of the month. It is a great local spot for when you are heading out or back from Pololu or Keokea.
Yann will be featuring local lilikoi-banana-strawberry sorbet, local fruit smoothies and fresh local veggie juice for North Kohala Eat Locally Grown Day.
